Find a local agent
Find and compare a real estate agent in Singapore
In Singapore most people find an agent (called a property agent or salesperson) through the big listing portals, where they browse agent profiles attached to listings, or through referrals from friends and family. Every practising agent must be registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA), so buyers and sellers can also verify credentials directly.
Where to find and compare agents in Singapore
- PropertyGuru Find an Agent
Agent directory on Singapore's largest property portal where you can search by region or property type and view each agent's CEA registration number, active listings, and star ratings and reviews.
- 99.co Agents
Agent directory on the 99.co portal with CEA-verified profiles showing listings, transaction history, and stats so you can compare agents before contacting them.
- CEA Public Register
The official Council for Estate Agencies register where you can search by name, phone number, or registration number to confirm an agent is licensed and review their recent transactions and any disciplinary records.
How to choose a good one
Speak with a few agents before deciding, and check each one's CEA registration and recent transaction record in the local area you are dealing with on the CEA Public Register. Commission is not fixed by law and is negotiable, so confirm the rate and the services included in writing before you sign anything.
